Monica Chandran, DMD, MS

Dr. Chandran specializes in restorations, and advanced dentistry involving implants and removable prostheses. Her expertise, coupled with her honest, caring approach to patient care distinguishes her from other practitioners.

Dr. Chandran, originally from Baltimore, completed her Dental Training at the University of Pennsylvania and her Prosthodontic Training at the University of Maryland. As a Prosthodontist, Dr. Chandran has built a strong foundation in dentistry and its principles. Her background and ability to be innovative yet conservative, allows her to focus on providing you with comprehensive and quality patient care.

About the Prosthodontic Specialty

Prosthodontics is a dental speciality recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA), placing an integrated focus on the esthetic restoration and replacement of teeth. In addition to completing a four year dental school education, Prosthodontists complete an additional three years of specialized training to develop a deep rooted knowledge of dentistry ranging from cosmetics, to implants, to full mouth rehabilitation. This extensive education, and training enables these specialized practitioners to provide a truly comprehensive care, with the long term health of the patient in mind.
